I bought a new Nissan Murano in Oregon beause we had broken down on the road. Although I tried to read the 600 page owner's
manual (just kidding), I called the dealership and asked for help. I was put in touch with Tom Serrao in internet sales. What a nice young man. He spent time with me reviewing the features that I did not understand. A few days passed by and one of the features still had me stumped. He came in on his day OFF to explain it to me. He is a very conscientious person and follows up in a timely manner ! He represents the dealership well.
